Frequently asked

Can I hold more than one licence category?

Yes. Applicants may hold multiple categories where the activities are genuinely operated, subject to the relevant conditions and fees.

How long does a licence remain valid?

Licences are issued for an initial term of one year and are subject to annual renewal, ongoing reporting and monitoring.

When do I receive the validation seal?

The seal is issued when a licence becomes active and at least one domain has been verified. It is tied to the domains registered to your licence.

What happens if my licence is suspended?

The public register and your validation seal update immediately. You must cease the regulated activity and may not present the seal as active.
