These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website located at siga.im and the public register, licence records and validation seals made available by the Singapore Interactive Gaming Authority ("SIGA", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Public register and licence records

The public register is provided for verification purposes. While we take reasonable steps to keep the information current, licence records reflect the position at the time of viewing and may change without notice. The register is not legal advice and does not constitute a representation about any third party beyond the licence status shown.

3. Validation seal

The SIGA validation seal may only be displayed by licensees on domains registered to their licence, in accordance with the seal integration guide. The seal must not be altered, hidden, used to misrepresent status or deployed on security-sensitive pages such as checkout, payment, cashier or account-management pages. Any unauthorised use may result in regulatory action and referral to the relevant authorities.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, interfere with its operation, scrape the register at a scale that degrades service, or use the website for unlawful purposes. You must not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with SIGA.

5. Intellectual property

The SIGA name, emblem, seal artwork, website design and content are protected by intellectual property laws. No licence is granted except as expressly permitted in the seal integration guide or with our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIGA excludes all warranties and is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the website, the register or the seal. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
